Karen Promisel1Went to this branch today to try to do a time sensitive wire transfer to purchase a home. The name on my account is different than my given name. TD bank opened my account using the same IDs that I showed today to do the wire transfer. After providing global entry card, Social Security card credit cards and numerous other pieces of ID I was told the transaction could not be completed. I have never experienced an issue like this ever before. Now my husband has to leave work and travel to another branch to get our money. I’ve been banking with TD Bank for over 15 years. Today will be the last day we will bag with them. I will be closing all four of my accounts. Sorry TD but I would give you zero stars today if I could.

Chris Gurley5Fantastic service today. I came in with my wife and two young kids as we needed to change some account info. The banker was very kind/sweet and took care of everything promptly. As we were new to TD, she also gave us a welcome bag with coloring books for the kids and a mix of other useful items. I can’t speak for the other varied comments but our experience was excellent.

Nekolist4I've used this bank for years. One bad experience with a manager that was slow and made some mistakes that we had to correct. However, I think she was new and was very courteous. Furthermore, that one situation is more than offset by years of overall excellent service. TD Bank has diminished their weekend hours but still the best hours of any bank around. Their rates are also better than most of the top tier banks. Very comfortable recommending the bank and this branch in particular.

Brian Foster2For a bank that's slogan is "America's most convenient bank", it is neither American nor convenient. A Canadian bank calling itself Canadian isn't a big deal but my issue is the notion of "convenience". Branch employees aren't able to help customers without manager review which can take a week and required several follow ups from me to ensure they get to the request (in the end, they did not help). Getting a live person from the 1-800 number was impossible. Most things must be done in person which in today's digital age, is not competitive nor convenient given "banking hours".

Patrick Henry5We are a business nearby this bank, and were in desperate need of small bills one night to make change for customers. Because it was late and our normal bank was closed. There were two banks down the street that were still open. Bank of America and this TD Bank, right next door to each other. I first stopped by the Bank of America, and they flat out refused to help us. We only needed to break a couple large bills, but because we didn't have an account there, they couldn't even be bothered for the 30 seconds it would take. Then I came into this TD Bank, and what a difference. I was greeted with a warm smile, and they were happy to help us out, even though we don't bank with them and they weren't making any profit from us. They were just good people, being good neighbors, and they are a wonderful member of this community. Avoid Bank of America like the plague, and give these guys your business. They deserve it.

Justin Molineaux1Terrible place for business checking. TDBank customer service is not empowered to resolve business checking account issues over the phone, and this branch does not have sufficient weekend hours to accommodate businesses that operate during normal business hours. Avoid.

I have a problem with my business checking account and nobody was willing to help.today I waited for the manager for about half an hour, she was not available .assistant manager was very unprofessional and rude unwilling to help or listen. They want our business but not intrested in helping with any issues.
