Summer Paul1Worst branch for B of A. Never opened... is this location just going to permanently close down? Get over it already! Open up! Or just close the building permanently

Gina Starr5This branch of Bank of America is so awesome. Yesterday I spent one hour with Frederick Forrester. He was so excellent helping me with all the details and changes regarding my Father's recent passing. The manager is Lynn Dilling and she is wonderful. I can't say enough thank you's to Fredrick for what he did for me. I hope you can hear the sigh of relief !!! I think I've been coming to this branch 9 years and I am SO SO SO GRATEFUL for their excellence!!! The entire staff is amazing. Thank you again Fredrick...THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!
Response from the ownerHi Gina. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Fredrick was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^susan

Alicia Smith1This bank is never open. I have been trying to go here for a week. It always says it is open tomorrow, but every single day they are changing their posted hours. How am I supposed to get into my safe deposit box?

Homer Sapien2Customer service has been lost at this bank. They now close at 4:30 Monday through Friday and this was not the case earlier in the Covid season. They seem to have decided to cater to telecommuters who may have the flexibility to get to a bank earlier in the day but people who have to work till 5:00 p.m. and need to use in-bank services are out of luck. Take your money elsewhere.

Miranda Duncan1Terrible customer service, everyone who works here seams miserable. I use the drive through to minimize exposure to Covid and because of my bad hip. I always have a deposit and a check to cash for my employer. I'm told, "we can't do more than one transaction in the drive through," although there are no other people in line. What am I supposed to do, give you one transaction and drive around and give you the other?! It's seams asinine that during Covid they don't encourage people to use the drive through, don't you want to keep your employees and customers safe? DO BETTER BOFA!

Denise Moody1Why is this Particular location always closed. Their hours always say openings the following day and then the next day comes and they are closed. Might as well close the whole branch Down!

Joe Leek1This bank in general is predatory in practice also the manager is very rude at least she was when I went in there inquiring about a new account. Not impressed at all if you have a choice I would select Onpoint CU on Civic Dr if you want friendly banking and non predatory treatment. I advise avoiding this place like the plague

Katherine Kellogg3The teller with the beard was extremely rude. I needed to cash my paycheck, which I’ve done dozens of times before. First he told me my card wasn’t working, but could not tell me why. Then he took my paycheck and simply said he couldn’t cash it for me. I asked why and he said he couldn’t tell me. I’ve cashed my paycheck plenty of times here with absolutely no issue until this time. Zero explaination for anything, zero customer service skills. I took the check to Walmart and cashed it without an issue. Someone needs to remind these tellers that all that money they get to handle every day isn’t theirs and it doesn’t give them the right to act like they are above everybody else. The three stars I gave is for the ATM, since it has the best customer service skills at this branch location. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

David Pelett1Not sure what my $12 a month checking account charge is for but it's not customer service. Would like to thank tony for letting me know he could give me coin rolling paper and I could "roll to my little hearts content". At on point credit union now opening an account, then heading back to B of A to close our two accounts.

Cyrus Sassan1Worst ever bank. After about twenty minutes waiting, while just one customer where serving, a banker or staff came to waiting area and asked me do you need help, I responded that I need help on my debit and credit card, and a question about a charge in my debit card; she responded that do you file a claim already? I told her that did I said anything about claim? She said no but I'm asking that did you file a claim? while she was standing high front of me and I was feeling that she is like going to attack me, I asked her that is it the way you serve customers? She said yes, otherwise you need to wait another 20 minutes and when I decided to leave she assultingly asked do you need claim phone number?!! While my queries where different, most importantly my debit card had problem of some payments.
