  I have been coming into branches to pay car payment for some time now two years or so. This branch is the only branch that has issues accessing account or even viewing account. Not sure why this is but. Let's get it together people. ✌🏽

  Their online banking is down, and when i try to call it says their system is down and they cannot assist in any way. I am not able to cash or deposit checks and nobody is answering their phones due to their systems being down. I go to walk in and theres theres easily a couple hundred people out front waiting for this $500 they're giving away. My bills are due and I'm not able to do anything due to their inadequate systems, and I've been on hold for over a half hour as of now and yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours and nobody would answer the phone. Systems are down in Gresham, Troutdale and a couple other locations I've called.. at this point I'm just thinking of taking my business elsewhere.. can't get any help and nobody will answer their phones. You can't cash anything, you can't talk to anybody, their business is practically useless

  Not my usual branch, but was very impressed with both of the girls on teller roll . They were very friendly, welcoming and more than willing to help me. I will definitely be coming back.

  I have been with OnPoint as a member for about 6 months now and this is my second time doing business at this branch and it needs to be said that this locations is excellent! It is very quick but intimate business! I never have a long wait and all of their employees go above and beyond to ensure all of their members feel like family! It's important to not that there was a shining star duo that really made sure all of my needs were met! Blanca, who met me with a smile and a voice of an angel was able to direct my business to the perfect Member Relationship Officer Ramiro! These two made sure my banking needs were met beyond satisfaction and made sure to handle me with complete excellence in a timely manner! If you have a point to go to this branch I pray you are in the hands of these two employees!
