  When I bought my first home seven years ago Joe made the experience as stress free as possible. Knowing that he had my best interest at heart was reassuring and allowed me to ask questions without feeling silly. He took the time to ensure I had all information that I wanted and that I felt was comfortable with my knowledge and decisions. Joe was able to get me a phenomenal rate while coordinating all aspects of my mortgage thru closing and constantly checked on me even after the transaction was complete to ensure I did not have any questions. I never felt rushed during the process and in fact feel as if I have an ally that is looking out for me. Since then, I have recommended Joe at every opportunity; my friends and colleagues have thanked me for the referral and have had equally pleasurable experiences. When rate changes dropped during the COVID pandemic, Joe was there to advise me on when the best time to refinance was. He patiently walked me through several options and timelines to ensure I had the best rate without having to buy down. Thanks to him I waited and was able to obtain a better rate, at no cost to me or increase to my mortgage that will allow me to pay off my loan five and a half years sooner. Thank you Joe!

  My wife and I have a hard time getting around. Joe came over to our house and answered all of our questions, so we could make an informed decision. He then came back and brought our loan packet for us to sign. He was honest and great to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
