Amber Jenkins (Amber Jenkins)5I've used this location for over 15 years, & I commend the staff for maneuvering through recent challenges without compromising safety & security. Lines are longer when spaced for social-distancing, & branch closures are understandable when dealing with staff shortages. Some things will never be the same again in post-pandemic America. But I trust Bank of America to make our "new normal" as safe, convenient & secure as possible.

Casper Surf1This bank is a joke, customer service is nonexistent. Top to bottom everyone acts paranoid like your doing something wrong to cash a check. I will be closing my personal and business accounts with BOA.

Rachelle Meyer1I have to cash checks on a regular due to my business. Today they refused to cash a customer's check, making me run late on getting supplies for a job. I used to have a bank of america account, but decided to switch due to a lack in customer service. It has become very obvious that they do not want to take customers reviews seriously or make any changes for customer retention. This is the only bank I have experienced unwilling to call their customers and validate a check. That seems completely unsafe and a poor business practice. I would also like to add that the manager at this branch is very rude, and it seems like the easiest solution to cashing a check, would be to verify with the customer who wrote it. They trust to be able to use their bank for payments, and if the bank teller is ever uncertain if a check is legit, they need to verify it. Seems like common sense to me. I think the reason they do not is pure laziness and a complete disregard for customer service.

Leonid Yuzkov2Staff is friendly at this location, but whoever manages it is 100% a conflict avoider. It's insane that you have a 40 min line around the corner, 4 employees behind the glass, and only one of them actually servicing costumers.

K Wright1This is one of the worse locations ever. So called Vice President Astral Gartrell Holt is so rude and unprofessional. I have been banking with Bank of America for years and never encountered someone so rude. She prejudged my husband and I, when trying to do a transfer to pay for the closing on our new home. She was needed to verify the transfer and then started questioning what my husband did for a living. We have a legitimate business but I guess we didn’t look the part. She called to verify, everything checked out and she still refused to help us. I guess because I didn’t have on big fake eyelashes and weave I had to be doing something wrong. Do not visit this branch! If they have someone like her in charge, I know all lack customer service skills.

Jenae Brantley1I dropped my daughter off to open an account after a hour of waiting I came back to pick her up and several customers being assisted before I asked to speak with a branch manager. The assistant manager said they all had a appointment and she was next after waiting another 30 minutes we left. Went to Chase bank open an account within 30 minutes! Never would they get any of our business nor any of my family.

Janet Morris1I like to start off by saying this was the worst experience I ever had at this bank. It was a very long wait and the employees are very rude and badly trained. When I finally got to the window I was greeted by a lady name Ray who seemed as if she was having a ver long day and didn’t want to be bothered or wanted to handle my transaction. Ask if I could speak with a manager and she stated that everyone was at lunch (Do you want this cashed or not). I will be calling corporate do to the matter that I couldn’t speak to a manager do to bad and unprofessional customer service. I do not recommend anybody going to this location until they hire new management. Also need improvement in wait time. Could be better if there employees wasn’t on there personal phones.

shebert22851I've banked there a long time . With COVID , they should open the drive thru .With sick , elderly , handicapped , it's a burden . And Safety Hazzard in inclement weather . Do these people THINK ?? And Sometimes I require more cash than the A T M wants to give out . I'm going to change banks , not that they care .
