  I thank Mariner Financial for thier kindness and quality of customer service the whole process was professional and just heart warming in times like this when employer's send you home for covid exposure or close do to covid we still have to live my credit cards I did say cards payments got out of control I was afraid to get a loan but knowing what I know now covid will still happen but we do have friends to help in the community thank you Mariner!   My family member went there on a Saturday to have Ms Fox refinance his loan and she was so caring and listened to him and helped him make it through the process because he was really nervous about it. She took the time to explain in detail all the ins and out of his loan and reassured him on all his questions. He had to take a taxi and due to a mix up on the numbers he was there a bit longer than expected she was kind and even gave him $20 to cover his cab for the extra time it took. She put him at ease and made him feel like he was important and alot of loan companies do not do that. She went above and beyond for him and you don't see that kind of compassion and caring these days. She is a one of a kind person. I highly recommend anyone who wants a great experience to go see Angel. She is an amazing person who CARES about customers. She treats you with dignity and respect.

  I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO APPLY FOR A LOAN THROUGH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE AGENT TONYA HAS NO KNOWLEDGE TO WHAT SHE IS DOING OR SAYING. SHE PROVIDES YOU WITH WRONG INFORMATION AND FALSE HOPE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON AND SHE LACKS COMMUNICATION AFTER CONSTANTLY ASKING THE SAME QUESTION SHE STILL DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE ANSWER. NOT EVEN AN EDUCATED GUESS!
