Jess Roberts1Had a account with SunTrust for 15 years. I have not been offered any incentives and I have never had a bad account or delinquent account. I have a checking‘s in savings. And also my family has a business account and they haven’t been offered anything. I had a account with Bank of America for six months just so my son can buy stuff off the Internet and I got more offers on that small account than I have ever got was Sanchez SunTrust even charge me for a replacement card because the one they sent me out was defective and they said that it wasn’t so not really feeling SunTrust I wish I wouldn’t started Half using them as my first bank and I would’ve built a good rapport with another bank

Ryan Ford1I drive a big truck and most banks understand that when you need to deposit a check you cant always fit through the drive-through in a big truck. So I usually call and They will let me in the lobby just to be able to deposit the check this bank however will stare me in the face and ignore the phone through the lobby window even though the check is $58,000 I had to drive to another county just to go to the bank.

Tony's- Personification1There's is no truist bank here, idk why Google won't update on the locations that are closed, sun trust changed to trust and now there no locations that are open, Garbage.. I can't even find a damm working location

Jackqulina Bagley1I had to go to 2 SunTrust locations. The 1st was not open in Kroger in Covington,Ga there was no update via website. then I had to go to 138 they are not letting anyone inside. There is no note on the door. So I had to go through the drive thru. They have 1 teller and about 30 cars. They are ineffecient and lack customer service. They are not taking the customers into consideration. They lack communication and the urgency of their customers. I do not have 45 minutes to wait in a drive up teller line most people are on their lunch break. I have now been sitting here an hour. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Lawana Marshall1So disappointing. I made an appointment just to wait in the lobby unassisted for 50 while the person I needed was at lunch. My form was notarized in 5 minutes and I was out the door..but wait. It wasn't filled out correctly so I had to schedule another. This time being told I could not be assisted in filling out the same form because they are a Suntrust notary not a notary. Make it make sense. Be honest and say you don't know what you're doing. Unprofessional and inadequate. With them over 25 years and will not be back to this branch.

Yaminda Page1I have been sitting in my car in line for 31 minutes, and still have not received service. It’s crazy! There is a long line at the Covington and the other branch in Conyers, yet I have never waited now, 35 minutes! This is insane! Trust never will come back here, unless I’m desperate! This is just deplorable and unfair to those of us who have a busy life! Just because inside is closed is no reason to suffer in customer service!

Candace Earlycutt1They had 3 lanes open because the inside is close obviously, do you know me and other customers sat at the transaction box for over 30 mins each. This is out of control there’s no way each transaction took over 30 mins and that’s just bare minimum time frame.

Aaliyah Sheffield1Maybe I should think about switching banks! I didn’t get good customer service today and normally it’s not like that. I went in to one of the tellers to make a withdrawal and at first she was polite. However, I wanted my money a specific way. I didn’t want big bills and when I told her that she just gave me the money, gave me some envelopes, and didn’t say anything. She didn’t ask me how I wanted the money at all! So I went back inside and one teller was giving me this rude look! I finally went to another teller who was happy to give me my money the way I asked for it. I’m a little annoyed how long it’s taking for them to issue my new debit card as well!

Jamesia Webster1Rude tellers, slow as hell. I see why this branch has a low review. The teller with the fake eyelashes should learn how to respond to customers when they ask about service, instead of going back and forth with them and rolling eyes. Glad I don't bank with them!
