      I will never make an account with wells fargo again. They let fraud happen to my account and still trying to blame me for it. I think i will be filling a lawsuit against them. The same day i reported my card lost they let a fake check go into my account and now trying to put on my record I do fraud.

      I drive 20 miles just to come to this bank when I have to handle business with a banker. Customer service is A1!

      Fantastic experience! I recieved a call today about somebody trying to cash a fraudulent check from our company for over $2,700. The teller caught it immediately and verified with me that it was in fact fake. Thank you a million times over. This teller deserves a raise and a pat on the back from the branch manager!

      They would answer the phone so I had to drive 30 minutes and stand in line for 20+ minutes so that the lady could be extremely rude and tell me they wouldn’t NOT couldn’t cash my check

      No assistance for notary service. Manager and whole staff are no help. Everyone sitting down at desk and does not want to help. Please bank with someone else!!

      I don’t have an account with Wells Fargo but I went in to cash a check that I couldn’t deposit at my bank. The customer service I received from Krystal was top notch. She was very courteous, professional and attentive. It’s important for me to be greeted with a smile and to be treated like a valued customer and that’s exactly what Krystal did. What a pleasant experience :)

      Drive thru was really slow. Had 3 lanes open, 2-3 cars each in each lane. I had 2 cars in front of my lane. I was depositing money, as well as the car in front of me. Took 45-50 mins. I recommend hitting other wells fargo banks.

      Their ATM constantly do not accept cash deposits… None of the locations do. Have to drive 15 miles outside area. This is bad. Considering canceling my account
