  I am writing it to appreciate the wonderful services of your bank’s staff Jisook Anderson. Recently, I visited your bank to open my son's account and I was impressed with her professional service. Jisook made sure that all my queries were resolved. She made me feel really very comfortable and introduced me the products.

  Fantastic service. You would need a prior appointment. Jisook Anderson was very courteous and welcoming. She helped me with my account opening request in an effective and efficient manner.

  Jisook Anderson is the one of best person that knows her work and patients even we are not understanding banking... ai use to ha e account with this bank but I left many years ago.... just stop by last week for my Aunt Bank service Jisook Anderson was help my aunt and explained to her bank and show my aunt how to use online and mobile banking work... was amazing she also ask me how's my life now (I been know Jisook before i close last account due to marriage) she set me up travel card so I can use other county which I am leaving next week for work. She also connecting with me to loan officer for my refinancing home. I am about to start moving my bank after come back from this trip. Bank of Aerica is truly lucky to having her.

  I been know Jisook Anderson since 2017 she was helping all the banking need she does give best advices every time. She is asset to your bank. Don’t loose Jisook!

  I am so happy that I finally got Banker that I can trust her name is Jisook Anderson May years ago I set up the account but always afraid to come to do the banking today my niece bring me to this banking center met Jisook Anderson she is Wonderful and explain all the banking and how to use online banking.   I been in this bank almost 40years I been known Jisook Anderson since 2009 Mrs. Anderson she really cared she always take care all my Baking and explain everything that I need know . she’s very very very good thank you very much.

  Ms. Jisook Anderson was so helpful to me today (1/13/2022). I normally would go to the Burke Lake Rd branch, but that location has failed me twice even with appointments. So I decided to use another branch. I was lucky to have an appointment with Ms. Anderson and all of my needs were addressed perfectly. I truly appreciated her.

  Jisook Anderson is the face of BofA for me. She helped me set up a complicated trust account for my late father and has been my Go-to person for my other banking needs. She is competent, friendly, caring, and efficient. Can’t recommend her more highly.

  Cardinal Forest is my main branch that ! I have personal and business account with Bank of America I been know Jisook Anderson since 2009 she is always help me and my families and businesse.
