  After years of having my husband take care our taxes, I am filing this year by myself. Just thinking about the actual process was so worrisome to me. I went to one Liberty Tax office, and was even more stressed out due to the lack of information and customer service. But then, I made an appointment at the branch in Old Keene Mill Rd. Literally one of the best decisions I made lately. Eric Gravette was my tax professional and it made a world of a difference. His professionalism, customer service skills, clear instructions and calm demeanor made the whole experience very painless and smooth. I will be back next year and gladly recommend this Liberty Tax office.

  Excellent, professional, friendly, and reliable service. Myself and my family have been coming to Monique for many years. I even moved to a different town and still come back to Burke to do my taxes with her. Highly recommend!

  I really recommend this place. Annette was my tax advisor. She was very nice and answered all my questions about our business. Team make me feel welcomed and that they care about their clients. I will definitely go back next year.

  Annette was knowledgeable and helpful with every question we asked. She was easy to deal with and very nice. We have used Liberty for the last 3 years and she was definitely the best preparer we have had. The only drawback was that it took a couple of weeks for a fairly simple return. But it was the busy season so their were extenuating circumstances. Despite that, I will be back next year!

  Monique Menezes was courteous, polite, understanding, enviting, etc. She explained everything, step by step, as she moved on. I could not have wanted anyone else.
