  Worst customers service ever since I opened TD Bank account This branch manager and associate all are unprofessional this people don’t know how to do Wire Transfer what a joke even when they are done with wire Transfer they don’t how long it takes every bank knows this Bank doesn’t know stupid TD Bank manager rude?

  The worst customer service, Pulled up at the drive-through window I pressed the button to ring the bell as instructed, when the teller came to the window she tells me that I came to the wrong bay, And next time I need to go to the one over to the right. I was the only car making a deposit at that moment Didn’t have an option for zero stars for the zero customer service that I got definitely won’t come back here again I might even switch banks because of her attitude. Not a convenient Bank as advertised.

  TD Bank is by far the worst bank imaginable. If you can, avoid this bank like the plague. Their customers are not a priority, their customer service is non-existent and their terms and conditions are not followed in the least; you sign them, you agree to them but they do not follow them.

  My daughter and I experienced above and beyond excellent customer service while banking at this branch (10/11). Both David T & Zulma D made sure all of our questions were answered and they allowed us to take our time on getting all of our needs met. They did not rush us and that was very important, since it was a Friday afternoon. We are grateful to have received such quality service. Thanks so much Zulma and David!!

  TD has a way of robbing your money , and finding little ways of tricking you to believe that they have a better way of banking . They have a option for YOU to set up reoccurring payments ,to pay a bill if you choses

  Wish I could give a "0" never do mobile deposit placed a 6 day hold on the check. Customer Service is terrible tells me to have a seat could at least provide an update as to what's going on been sitting here for over 30 minutes don't understand why there is a hold when it's the same banking institution that the direct deposit funds are drawn from

  Excellent service every single time. David took initiative to cut my banking costs. Everyone at this branch is cordial and do a very professional job.

  Bank was closed at the time and really needed what little money I had to pay bills . So went to the ATM deposited the $300 cash , but it didn't credit it spit the card back out and no receipt nothing for the $300 called while o was at the ATM customer service because really need this money pretty much all I have and they said they have to wait pretty much a week to see if they find the money. If they don't find the money then I'm out that money. Will definitely not be continuing with this bank.

  Not sure how this is legal but I wanted to open a Preferred Savings account and they have some major false advertising! No where does it state on their website or in their bank brochure that you need 3 minimum transactions a month to keep their advertised interest rate. If you are wanting to open an account get ready for the literal nonexistent fine print that states conditions for anything they advertise. I am taking my business/money somewhere else and you should too!
