Tania Marcel5Always have been very well served at this branch, today I had to send a wire but didn't know how to make an appointment via the web, was received by Corey who's always at the helm and watching the changing winds, he told me I would need to wait which was quite normal as there were many appointments and one officer was missing. As soon as the line for the cashiers went null, he asked Jasmine to change position and put on her other hat and she help me with my wire. It seem to me that Corey doesn't let anything escape his attention to the different movements in the branch and takes action as soon as warranted. I believe Jasmine one day will take Corey's job once he's promoted to a higher position. GOOD JOB

Jane Doe1Extremely poor costumer service. 2 associates (Dino & a girl with no name tag) chit chatting behind counter... I was the only person in line. I wasn't even acknowledged for a good 2 minutes. Then I was told to wait. There are several associates. 1 customer. Why am I waiting 10 minutes to be helped?!

Alma Lopez1Poorest customer service ever. If you need to do something at this place, be ready to be treat like they own you a huge favor. Can’t even count the number of times they have made me feel uncomfortable there. Today May 3, 2022 around 11:00am I went to the branch in 1910 Bruce B. Down in Wesley Chapel, Fl. They denied me a service (notarized document) because the other person didn’t have an account with them. Absolutely out of place.

Thu Bui5Paul is the banker that helped me. He is totally awesome, very knowledge, kind, professional, respectful and pleasant to work with. I come to the bank often for wires, and deposits, etc. and I always received great services from Paul. Paul would go out of his way to help his customers. I love how he patiently explain things to me and always welcoming me with a smile. I only come this branch (1910 Bruce B Downs) for all of my bank needs because I always received great customer services. Because of Paul, I have brought family members, friends to this bank location. Abdul 01If I could give a negative star I would, worst BOA branch I have seen, I am never gonna come back, and am considering pulling all my money and moving it over to chase bank, due to the discrimination we encountered at this branch, never felt such humiliation in my life, I am going to make sure my complaint reaches corporate, since this should never happen at a reputable bank, I walked in with my friend who has recently arrived in the USA with on an immigrant visa, and he wants to open an account and deposit his money, which normally people do, the receptionist working there at 11 am on Saturday 02/05/2022, seemed to have an attitude, couldn’t get his named card, we explained to him that we need to open an account for my friend and showed the him all documentation, the receptionist started to interrogate us as if he was an immigration officer, about the legality of my friends info, even though we gave him documentation, I then explain to him my friend is staying with me and is going to use my address, since he just arrived i n the US and I can sign off on anything for him to use my address, he the replies “he has to have is own address with his own utility bills with his own lease agreement and we have to wait until we get mail with my friends name on the address”which doesn’t make absolutely any sense because all we are doing is opening a checking account and depositing his money in it, which we explained, for anyone recently arriving to the US with an immigration visa, getting and address and utilities takes a long time, since you need credit to build to be able to do that, so that takes about 2-4 months, so my friend needs to walk around with stack of cash in his pockets, for months before he can get a checking account which is ridiculous, we asked when was this implemented, he said 2 months ago, we go to another Bank, and they were very friendly and accommodated us and we were able to open my friends account with no problem, and never once asked us any unnecessary discriminatory immigration questions

Valory Bennett5We were at this location today for notary service and to do a wire transfer. Last week I scheduled an appointment for these services at the Van Dyke branch. Yesterday I was notified our appointment was canceled. We were in a panic because we had time sensitive paperwork to be notorized. Luckily WC branch had openings. None of the BOA in the area would anser the phones so we ended up getting there 2 hours before our appointment to see if they could take us early since it was further away and our documents arrived earlier than expected. They assisted us with the wire tranfer then the notary helped us. Everyone was very professional and attentive. I would recommend this branch to BOA customers.

Terri Garcia1The new female Manager exhibits no team support for her staff. Corey the other manager is a team player. Today, I went to the bank for a PIN reset and to set up online banking. I went during a less busy time per Google. She said we could wait, but she had no available to help. We could make an appointment for the a future day. Seriously, a 10 minute transaction she could have completed at the podium.! Corey would have had it done. Really not an appointment transaction. I would know I worked in banking for 25 years! Can we say LAZY!

Linda Jarrett5I had a wonderful experience at this branch yesterday 9/27. Paul went above and beyond to resolve my issues I was having with my account. He did everything in his power, going as far as contacting outside help as the systems were down. He also didn’t stop trying even though the bank closed while we were there and he kept going 30 minutes past closing time.

Jared Pinnix1I was waiting in line for at least 15-20 minutes (because there was only one teller, as usual) when an employee came over and immediately started to assist the gentleman BEHIND me even though I was next in line; ignoring me even after I expressed my incredulousness and, ultimately, displeasure at what was happening. When I finally got to the counter, I asked the teller for the employee's name and position and she informed me that he was actually the branch manager. I didn't see him attempt to assist anyone else, and the person that he helped appeared to be the only white person in line. I've already contacted corporate about the issue, but I want other patrons of this branch to know who they're dealing with.
