  I understand there is limited capacity in the lobby due to COVID, but if you're going to have your customers standing outside in the hot sun, surrounded by pavement, you could at least put up a small pop-up tent or something. And a wait time of 25 minutes just to see a teller for a deposit is a bit absurd.
