      I opened an account today and had a very calm, peaceful meeting with Relationship Manager Lending Specialist Louis Bikanda. He was very kind, patient, answered all of my questions, and explained things very well. I would highly recommend asking him to help with any financial activities.

      There is always a problem with the drive through. The ATM doesn't work 90% of the time, and they keep the light on as open like everything is okay. I even spoke with the manager suggesting to block the way with some sign so people don't have to waste their time, but still the same for at least 3 months. Also, there is never enough tellers inside.

      Worst customer service, bad bank. You come in and they make you feel that you’re a prisoner, wishing to be free. So controlling and so petty!! I closed my accounts with them!!

      Have the business and personal accounts with BOA for over 10 years. Had a wonderful experience at this branch, special thanks to Shaya Tehranian. She helped my parents and I set up new checking, savings, IRA, CD, and investment accounts. Her financial/banking knowledge is unbelievable. Shaya always made sure that we understood the risks and rewards of our every move before committing.

      This branch is chronically understaffed. The problem is that customers are afraid (and for good reason) to make a deposit at the ATM. Last year, I attempted to deposit multiple checks at the drive-through ATM; and the ATM only scanned the first check in the series. I had to telephone Bank of America to report that the ATM had malfunctioned; and it took over 2 weeks for Bank of America to record my other deposits.

      I have been banking with Bank of America since before it was BoA. We have all our accounts with them, but the treatment I experienced today will keep me from ever going to the branch on Quince Orchard, again. I drove up; it was about 10 till 5:00 PM. I had one check to deposit on my way home from work. I waited in line, but it was going slowly. I saw that the ATM machine was open, so I went over to use it. I tried, but the machine told me the transaction had been cancelled. One car had gotten in the line for the teller since I left, but I went back to wait. Once the person in front of me had finished - I was the only car left in line - the teller quickly dropped the shades. I sat there for a moment then caught the teller's eye and asked what had happened. He waived his hand at me with 5 fingers up. I mouthed that I couldn't understand what he meant. He held up his hand, pointed at his fingers, then slid his left hand across his throat. I mouthed back that I had been waiting, had tried the ATM, he put on the speaker and told me the ATM didn't work (there was no sign on it). I said I had been waiting in line. He said, "we close at 5." I asked where I was supposed to go. He said they had an ATM machine in front, then closed the blinds. I had to wait for five minutes more while a woman put in five checks individually, waiting between each one to verify. The whole time, the teller was at his stand; he saw me waiting, but made no response. What should have taken two minutes, took me 20 minutes. I will never go to the Quince Orchard branch of Bank of America, again, even though it is on my way home from work. I have never been treated in this manner at any BoA branch before.

      Oh my gosh- just had an amazing experience here with Shaya Tehranian! She is a Financial Solutions Advisor and is SO knowledgeable; Particularly with the different types of accounts and cards that Bank of America has to offer. Wish I could give her 10 stars!!!!

      It does not matter if you are in the drive thru or in the branch, you will always wait a ridiculous amount of time for any simple transaction. They usually have 2 tellers who are slow and many times stand around helping the same petson together. The other branch people just stand around laughing/smiling instead of helping move the line along or anything. Don't go to any BoA branches. All are the same.
