  Highly recommend to someone looking for a good bank relationship. Fabulous staff, if you are a weekly or monthly costumer they know you by name. They call periodically to let you know of new products and how you can better invest your money. I used to use the drive through but don't like the cameras but going inside is so much better. The entire staff is there to help (unlike another banking institution I also use, where they only want you to use their bank card and have no human contact.)

  There is always an issue with tellers that take too long, when there is a problem...atm or transaction error. Branch manager makes you feel like you did the error. Best bet to go to another branch or call the 800 number. I dont know how the Branch manager has stayed there so long. Stuff like this is what makes customers go to other banks

  Each time i go to the drive through atm there is allways a person filming me with his cell phone from a window for some reason. Bad service also asking so many questions inside. Makes me feel really uncomfortable.

  They have a drive thru ATM, but it doesn't work half the time. I get receipts that say "unable to process". I sent them all to SunTrust, but they didn't respond or do anything about it. I've never been inside the branch.

  My father had some accounts at Sun Trust Bank he died three months ago.I went to two different Sun Trust Banks three months ago to get asset to my farther's accounts and other matters. Sun Trust Bank told me I would need a Letter of Administration from Register of Wills. After several trips, serveral hundreds $$$ and my time I finally got the Letter of Administration from Register of Wills. I went to 800 Muddy Branch Rd. on 01/19/13 to present the documents. There was one customer before me and one behind me. This what surprise me, I had to make a payment to the bank. The bank personnel hurried to accept my money, than to resolve the matter of me getting asset to my father account. Now with the Letter of Adminstration the bank personnel openly push my matters a side "it seem to me" because there was more people waiting behind me and my business would take some time or my business wasn't as important as the people behind me. An open act of partiality and a lack of professionalism. This is so pathetic, letting me know I'm not wanted. Thanks for the insight, "Walter Adkins"

  WOST BANK EVER!!!! RUN AWAY. they have given me so many issues i took all out my accounts out now. Slow staff they aren’t helpful at all.

  This bank is incredible. Very efficient and kind. I noticed on this visit that most of the bank tellers speak Spanish as well as English. I often go out of my way to visit this particular bank.
