  Substantial increase in Closing Costs vs what I was told at the beginning of the refi process. Closing Costs increased by approx $1,700 from beginning of process to final close. I repeatedly expressed my concern re this during the entire refi process, and Peter always assured me that the final Closing Costs would reflect the initial expectation. This was clearly not the case. I felt I was led down a path with incorrect information. Had I known what I know now, I would not have initiated my refi with Freedom Mortgage.
