  WOW! WOW! My first time visiting the bank today and I left feeling like I did the best decision choosing Nymeo. Kathern helped me and made sure I was taking care of. She did an excellent job assisting me today and I can’t wait to go back!

  I have been a member of Nymeo for 28 years. The staff members always provide excellent service. Especially, in addition to her professional expertise, the Branch manager Camellia has been very kind, efficient, and helpful.

  I am a long-term member at nymeo fcu and I love my credit union, I know Camellia the branch manager at Gaithersburg Branch for a long time and when she was at Lake Forest Branch she's providing excellent customer service she is friendly and helpful, recently I wanted to open a joint account with my wife and she made it so easy for us by signing the paperwork electronically to sign her team at Gaithersburg Branch are awesome.   Outstanding customer service and products! Jeanne, Daniel, and Kevin were terrific to work with. I had several questions, and Kevin and Daniel went out of their way to help me. Their banking services rival those of big banks but are more geared toward customer satisfaction. Well done!

  I have been banking w/Nymeo for over 20 yrs.I like the bank close to N.I.S T. Because I could go over on my lunch break&take care of bank business conveniently.The staff has always taken good care of me&my financial needs.The staff used to give out Halloween treats to the children at N.I.S.T.I took pictures of them&gave the staff some pics.It has been more like the bank workers were part of my family.themanagers always are interested in your stories&give you lots of time to talk about anything! I trust them &know they have the customers best interests at heart!Ann D.O'Lone

  I have been dealing with the IRS since May for my Stimulus payment. I have over 40 calls into the IRS with wait times of at least 45 minutes each time. I still can't get any information from them to fix where the money went. I contacted Najia Abbaszadeh at my Bank Nymeo. She saw me right away and was able to find the wrong account number were the money went. She looked into the situation and got a portion of the money back. The other account member spent the rest of the money. Najia said to give her a few days. She called me back a few days later and had the rest of the money. She has been nothing but nice and extremely helpful. She always returned calls promptly. I highly recommend Nymeo Bank.

  Recently moved to the area of Gaithersburg and stopped by Nymeo to open a new account and see if this was the right bank for me. I was approached by Daniel Ignacio who helped clarify how the system worked and also asked his fellow peer Christian Argueta for assistance, the two showed Great customer service and also helped me open a new account i have got to say they were honest right from the start. Just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know what great customer service Nymeo has to offer thank you for the help gentlemen 100% recommend you to go in and look for either one of the two.thank you.
