  My business has been banking with Bank of America since they took over Boatman. We have never been a problem. No bad checks or late fees of any kind. We just received a letter telling us that Bank of America no longer supports or want to do business with a business like our. Folks its because we sell firearms. Firearms that protect our Arnold Police officers and good citizens of Arnold. NO Support of our 2ND amendment here. So if you like firearms, own a gun or support the police or the NRA , This is not the bank for you. This came with no notice and has been a disruption to my business. We can't use our Credit Card and had to immediately quit using our checking account. Terrible Terrible Terrible. All this after getting a PPP loan from them months ago.

  I stood in line behind 1 other person so I figured this would be a fast transaction. Unfortunately I was wrong. The teller decided I was unimportant compared to long conversation she was having with the person before me. Now I'm a reasonable person and could understand if they were having issues with a transaction, but they were just gossiping. At least take care of me then resume your conversation.

  Love the people at Arnold. People who are complaining on here don't even bank with them....so go to your own bank and complain! BOA's technology is awesome, so I rarely ever step foot inside the actual bank, but when I do, I make an appointment. I get in and out! The lady managers are awesome!!

  I don't understand what is going on with this bank... You bring in a check from a customer to cash it... It is his bank... Then the bank refuses to cash it until coustmer threatened to take thier money out. Of the bank and close thier account... They wasted two hours of our time... Sure I could have deposited it in our account but I'm old school and raised that way... Thier job is to handle money coming in and going out... That's it. It was a good check give me my money end of story... The manager mike was rude to me on the phone and kept me waiting costing more of my time.... Then on top of all that they take 8.00 dollar's out for doing a poor job..

  When my husband started my daughters first savings account he gave sarah (the worker) my daughters social she then question him if daughter was a citizen. Which clearly she has the correct documentation so the additional questions were crossing the line. My daughter is half Hispanic and half caucasian which should not be relevant to starting a first bank account. This is not our first bad experience with this bank! I'm ashamed to say my family banks here, and we are looking for a better bank

  I have two business accounts with BofA, out of Arnold. They also support my personal accounts. I have always received quality service, from respectful employees. I am uncertain why they get all the negative reviews but I suspect these people are possibly upset over the fact there is no drive thru, and the parkling lot is on the small side. Outside of that, prideful people often are easily angered and these folks, imho, seem angered for something they didn't get. One possibility is that they were denied credit at some level It's speculation but most likely, true. If I were you, and you considered BofA of Arnold, invest the time to visit the branch office and make your own judgement. For me, I will continue to have them as my banking partner. Keep up the good work, Alexandra. You are appreciated.

  Refused to allow my wife to deposit cash into her uncles account while he was in the hospital. Bank said that it would be considered money laundering. COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS.

  Seems to temporarily close several times a month and the drive up atms rarely work.

  Absolutely terrible service every time that I am unfortunate enough to have to go inside. This bank never has enough employees and are always understaffed.

  rudest place i have ever been , even the office manager is awful. i will go to the tesson ferry branch for now on at least they treat people right and with respect! dont mind to pay more gas to be treated right!
