Cherri Abernathy1Do not use this company!!! When you pay off your loan the call you and tell you that you still owe money even though you made the payoff based on the online account. Nothing but a ripoff with an interest rate of over 30%.

Trudy Ellison5I placed my call early in the morning, they sent me a link to upload my information and verified it and approved my loan with in a few hours. My money was deposited the next morning in my account. All of this without leaving the comfort of my own home.

Jenn Williams3The interactions I had with people here were fine. I just didnt like when they went "paperless". Which just meant they strolled sending monthly bills. I mail my check every month to avail the online payment fee so it just made it a little more inconvenient for me. But fine be paperless. Except they constantly mail me offers to borrow more money. So they aren't paperless. And lastly, they finally got an online account thing. Except you can only make payments and see what your last payment was. There is no way to determine what your total balance is aside from calling the branch during business hours which is also super inconvenient for me. I'm trying to pay the loan off in the promotional no interest if paid in 2 tears time and I like to make sure I'm on track. So overall, not exactly a bad experience, but I would never use them for another loan when they make it this inconvenient for me to make payments and check my balance.

Lauren Scydick1These people are sooo very rude and have an excuse for everything AND don't let you finish a single sentence without them putting their two words in. All they have to do is listen to someones concern and appreciate it but instead they would rather get defensive and rude. Very unprofessional, if you ask me. Oh, and even if you have a grace period you'll still get harassed the day after you'r due date. This Company was great, when I first got involved... I'm pretty sure another Company took over and brought these stuck up women to do the job. Not judging, my opinion. If you need the loan, do it, but stand you'r grounds with these people and make sure you repeat any concerns because they do not listed and obviously don't care. P.S Megan and Terquoya.... learn to listen and respect peoples concerns... hanging up on people is not the answer to professionalism, it's just plan rude and immature, and saying have a nice day right before you hang the phone up doesn't make it any better. I really hope you'r company reads this review and learn from it. I am more than a nice, respectable and professional young woman and don't have these issues or ever leave bad reviews but I feel this time it needs to be done so individuals can realize the impression they are leaving for their company.
