RCB Bank Reviews

T. Funk3My former bank (Oklahoma State Bank, which was so awesome!) was bought out by RCB. On line banking with them is quite a challenge. There are so few branches and having to go into one to address issues or make a deposit is quite challenging with my schedule and their distance. Inside their bank, the customer service has been exceptional. Trying to ever get through to customer service on the phone has never happened. I have literally waited on hold for almost 40 minutes then just gave up and went to a branch. Also, no one at RCB seems to know what ATM's the RCB debit card can be used at that has no fee attached.

Chance Schultz5Justin Guile and Evett Collier were so kind and helped me and my significant other apply for a loan and getting approved. They were fast, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. If you are looking to open an account or apply for an auto loan, go here and they will get you taken care of!

Paige Horton1Worst bank Ever honestly. I have an account and have had it since I was 15 and I am 25 now, This company needs to come up with the times or it’ll crash and fail! Plus this location is horrible. I’m going in Monday to close my account. Think twice about having an account with this company/bank.

Alan Page1Do yourself a favor - trust the negative reviews. When they say, 'It's my bank' they mean that it is their bank. Just to give an example. A few years ago, I got my annual bonus and decided to buy a shirt while I was in Dallas. My bonus was not insignificant. My debit card got rejected. No apology. Got a lecture about letting them know when I was going to use my card out of town. Fast forward a few years and I treated my daughter to a birthday party at the American Doll store in Denver. Even thought I had dutifully reported that I would be using the card in Colorado, it was still rejected. Again no apology. Luckily my wife banked at an institution that understands that people may want to spend their money and paid for the party. It was just laziness on my part to stay with them as long as I did (>20 years). I can't say that I ever interacted with an employee that cared about customer service. There are good banks in this town, but this will never be one of them.

J B1Literally the worst bank I've ever used, which is a bold statement. Some of the tellers will process your check before asking, then disregard and shred your deposit slips in order to process things the way they want, absolutely unprofessional. Believe the reviews, banks were once a helpful trade. This branch is a glorified cash checking service

Caitlin O'Hanlan2I think its a pretty old outdated bank- none of there atms have the capabality to put money in, except the one in owasso which is way to far for me. All the banks i have been with have that. U need to seriously update your bank if u want to keep customers.

Vince Falbo1Absolutely horrendous bank Better be prepared to wait 30+ minutes to cash your check.. AFTER waiting in line. Unsure if they just hire 300 old tellers or if they just can't count. Save your time and blood pressure and go to Walmart to cash your check 💯

Jim Price1I am from Wichita Kansas and just drove 3+ hrs to sell my vehicle in Tulsa. I had a cashiers check from the purchaser of the vehicle that needed to be transferred into my name. The teller had told us to sign the back of the check to start the transfer process, after signing the back of the check we were then told that they would not honor their own cashiers check and would only allow us to change the name at the branch we made the check at. Completely unprofessional service. The group of tellers and along with the branch manager seem to have a system that the are allowed to make the rules up as they go. A drastic change is in order for the management and tellers if they would like to become a well respected branch. I feel that any customer should deserve the utmost respect unlike the service I was dealt. I will absolutely never return to this branch and forewarn anyone from doing business with this specific branch. I hope others had a better experience than I had. Thanks, Jim Price.
