Angela A1I have been a member of TTCU since 2013. Never in my life have I been made to feel like a criminal until today. Since the end of March I have been dealing with multiple fraudulent charges on my debit card. It's been very stressful. One of the charges put me in the negative, but I was thankful it was returned after the dispute and it resolved. Everytime I went in I asked what I could do or if there was fraud protection they could offer me but no luck. I was told to change passwords and be more careful. Today when I came in, the woman who assisted me immediately wasn't there to tolerate me and my "scam". She proceeds to tell me that I'm either giving my card to someone to use or using it on risky websites online and that they can't issue me another debit card. I was in shock. I asked if that means I need to find a different bank and she said yes that would be a good idea. I was a liability and they can no longer pay out for the disputes. She made it seem as if I was doing this intentionally. I had to go to the teller, crying and feeling completely humiliated, and withdrawl my money and go to a different bank. A bank, by the way, that has fraud protection notifications and will call me when a purchase is being made outside the state before approving. That is all I was wanting. I know there are shady people out there pulling things over on people, but don't treat every person as if they are guilty of those acts. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, especially anyone who might find themselves in a situation that they have no control over and are trying to find solutions to.

Reshan C1Learned that all financial institutions are fraudulent and shouldn’t be able to exist. Just know that each American with a birth certificate is actually a certificate of a bond that is placed in your name at birth by the government. So when the financial institution’s tell you they loaned you money they are a lying because you have funded your own loan with your unlimited credit with the bond in your name that was created at birth!!! Your name in all CAPS is your fictitious name and your corporation!! Ask any financial institution from now on to prove that they’ve loaned you credit by showing you their bookkeeping entries which they can never do because it would only show profit and no loss on their end!!! So, instead as their evidence they show you the contract with numbers on it & you’re supposed to take their word for it because after all where did the credit come from then?? It came from your bond!!!

Tammy Mercure1Avoid using TTCU as a mortgage lender. They are so slow that I am losing my locked-in rate. The new rate is almost 2% higher. I regret choosing them and now I will be paying for it every month. Communication is poor during the whole process as well. This will be my 4th mortgage and I've never had trouble like this. Only hope is that someone there starts to care and we close by Friday.

Jason Rogers1Customer service can be bad. I did get a great agent the last time I called. . Tried to pay off my loan and couldn’t get any help to do it. Couldn’t pay it off online because they don’t allow that large or a payment. Never had a company make it so hard to pay off a loan.

Stewart Murray1I regret using TTCU as a lender. Terrible customer service, online banking from the 90’s which gives you very little option to payoff principle, TTCU lost my insurance info and tried to bill me CPI insurance premium, & even got a notice that APR was not an honest rate based on my credit score. Try your hardest to find a different lender.

David Robinette1Most useless app I've ever seen for anything. Anytime you call you get 15 robots to make a payment. Then get charged a convenience few after waiting on hold for an hour. Use of the app would be convenient.

Bailey DeVore1If I could give less than a star I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. No one will email or call you back. No one leaves any notes on account when you are talking to them, so you have to start from square one when you call again. They are all rude when you talk to them on the phone and are absolutely no help. I can't wait to get my car loan out of their company. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Mona Lisa Realtor1I went to TTCU to cash my paycheck and they said they would have to place a hold on it because I am self employed! I have been with them for years and never had this issue. They said this has been their policy which is strange since I have been able to cash my checks for the past 20 years. BEWARE if you own a small business or are self employed that TTCU will not cash your payroll checks. They will be put on hold.
