Kyle Tollefson1Came in only one person in front of me took 10minutes to get helped. After finally being helped I was pushed to the back of the line by the teller because she said it would take long for the machine to start up. waited another 30minutes just to pay a credit card payment. Ive done this same exact process at 3 other locations and it has never taken longer than 5 minutes. Hiba was no help at all felt like she basically ignored me the whole time. Never even left the desk to get the machine I needed. Even the manager asked what was going on and then disappeared for 20minutes. After a total of 40 minutes waiting Brandon came and turned on the machine and helped me in 2 minutes, he was the only one there that was any help what so ever. Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort and knowledge at this place.

Arielle Schneider2This bank has been great …when it’s open. I was super happy to find a branch close to home that was actually open and providing drive thru/teller services - as my situation required me to speak with someone inside (this wasn’t very long ago at all). Now, each time I’ve searched when you all are going to be open, it always says the next day. Then I look the next day, only to read you all are opening the day after that. I do need to speak with a banker in order to make this deposit, so I’m wondering when this branch will ACTUALLY be open…?

Paul-Henri Arrigoni1Terrible customer service. Came in at 3:30pm to make a transaction. Employee up front did not want to squeeze us in (too close to the 4pm closing time). Called 5 times before going to get an appointment but no answer. The manager Shawna Dunn is completely useless. Rushed to BOA at Crabtree at 3:50pm. The staff was amazing there and took the time to help us, going past their closing time.

I needed to open an account, schedule my appointment and after doing it I checked for their reviews and to be honest, I got scared, day of my appointment arrived and I got ready for IT... They were extra nice, Burton, who took care of me, was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite. I advise you to schedule appointments online, makes your life easier and they will be expecting your arrival.

Salvatore Georgetti5Casey and Karim are both fantastic at this location. Situation happened where BOA messed up paperwork causing account issues. Casey worked with me over the course of the day to help get this resolved. These two have always been great and if it was not for their help, probably would have closed accounts and gone to a different bank. There are 3 other BOA locations closer, but we come to this one for obvious reasons.
