  Bianca, Relationship Manager, did an amazing job and best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She was able to multi-task multiple customers and make sure all attention to details were made properly. Great Job!!!

  Visited this branch this week and could not be more pleased! James Hollingsworth met with me. He was patient. I didn't feel hurried and he fully explained some items I had questions about without being condescending or assuming that I knew more than what I knew! He was very easy to talk to. In fact, everyone I met was friendly and efficient. Mr. Hollingsworth and Tiffany followed up on every single item mentioned. I would highly recommend services of Coastal Credit to anyone.

  I just wanted to say that Kevin, Wanda, and Bianca were so helpful and compassionate with me today. They tried their very best to fix a problem that was completely out of their control and when they couldn’t fix it (which was 100% not their fault) they went out of their way to try to make it as right as they could.

  They charge fees even getting your first statement. I can't believe big banks are more honest than the local credit union. Edit: their response is to help the people who catch them instead of changing the policy so it doesn't happen to you

  My husband and I are members of CFCU for many years. We have always been pleased with the customer service. The individuals at the branches are always pleasant, willing to answer questions and will spend looking up what every we need. I have also had great experience when I have had to call in to ask for help with their online banking. Also, if you want to apply for a loan the process is so easy and the loan officers are very helpful.

  We went to get help with opening an account and help establishing credit and Mrs. Bianca Zelaya was beyond helpful, she was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process extremely enjoyable... Not something I normally say about banking. We really appreciated the extra kindness and patience and effort to explain things so thoroughly! I've heard good things about this particular branch, that's why we went there instead of a closer one. And we weren't disappointed!!

  Been doing business with Coastal Federal Credit Union since 1979. I've never had any problems with them at all. I've always had great service from this company. Good customer service and friendly staff.

  I have been a customer of CFCU for 12 years and it has proven to be a great selection of a banking institution; I am VERY satisfied with my selection!! Though I have had many good experiences with many staff members, I wanted to express my deep gratitude and satisfaction with Mrs. Bianca Celaya. A few weeks ago I stopped to do some account maintenance and fix a little trouble shooting that I was having with my account. Once again, I was helped by Bianca. As usual, she was very cordial, friendly and professional. Actually she was extremely professional and had a positive willingness to help. I think most people that deal with customer service, would’ve given me a couple of cordial instructions and washed their hands leaving the rest of the job in my hands. Bianca always maintained a positive attitude and I could perceive her sincere spirit of cooperation though that meant stopping what she was doing and spending the next hour with me and having the phone on hold with another banking institution whose customer service leaves nothing good to be desired… Thanks to her high level of customer service, not only I got all my needs and requests taken care of, but I was also able to transfer my newest car loan to CFCU and cancel the it with the other bank which makes me feel great and like “Welcome Home Sir!”. These days, it’s had to find the high level of sincere customer service provided by Bianca I learned a while ago that “feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a gift and never giving it”… So there you go: Sincerely THANK YOU Bianca for showing such outstanding care to your customers! Banking with CFCU and visiting your branch is always a pleasure!
