  Carolyn Nelson, our mortgage lender, was an absolute Godsend! She went above and beyond helping us with our documentation. She met with us in person and helped us get our Social Security documentation and stayed on hold with them for two hours to get it! She also helped with our pension and student loan documentation. We are so glad we went with her instead of the builder's lender (and the rate was better!). They had our loan for months and didn't even start processing it or return our calls for updates. Carolyn had it underway and through underwriting in a week and closed two weeks later. She was simply a pleasure to work with!

  CAROLYN NELSON TO THE RESCUE!!! We had issues with our first 2 lenders--the first lender tried to sneak in a few things and the other lender didn't understand our financials!! Carolyn was recommended by a friend and boy am I glad we found her! She stepped in just 3 weeks to our closing date and made it happen.
