Zack S1Bank is utter dogshit… they need a vehicle policy number just to verify my fathers account that my vehicle is cosigned under when he gave every bit of information to verify himself including his SSN date of birth and so on. Would never work with or be a part of this garbage bank ever.

mary mcmanimon1Bad service. I have waited as long as 40 minutes in line at the drive through. Inside, they never have more than one or two tellers working. The tellers are nice and I am sure they have to listen to a lot of complaints. I go to the bank instead of using an atm because I want to know who works there who works there and I want them to know me. I believe it is good customer service to let people know who is handling their money. But BOA doesn’t seem to care. I am looking for a new bank with better customer service. Probably a smaller independent bank where customer relationships matter.

Ms C5My experience at this branch was one I will never forget. I was immediately greeted upon entering. I stated that I had an appointment, it was verified. Shortly after that, I was introduced to Ms Divinejoy Odion, relationship manager. Ms Odion, even with a mask on, displayed a smile which was indicated by her gleaming eyes and raised cheekbones. We discussed what I needed. She was professional, fully engaged, knowledgeable, and ready to get the job done. It was a long process, I could see that she was not rushing through things and that her attention was focused on accuracy. Although I was a bit on edge at times, her calming voice assured me that I could take a deep breath and relax. Ms Odion…I appreciate you!!

Kayla Kaboski1I just went here maybe fifteen minutes ago. I was greeted by a man maybe in his late 20's early 30's. He was very nice but when I got to my teller which was an older woman, she didn't make eye contact with me and didn't say hello nothing!!! And when she gave me back my card she threw it back and didn't say have a good day or anything after. Every Bank of America I've been to there is always something wrong. The last Bank of America I tried I would get the same woman and she would always ask "Is this your credit card," my mom co-signed for it. But why would I be paying a bill if I stole a credit card? Does that make any sense? After, I pay off my credit card I may tell them to get rid of my account. I'm getting sick of how I'm getting treated. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Unbelievable!!!

Will Laohoo2They're friendly enough, but they don't work too efficiently. Lines often take a while because there are a fair number of people, and the tellers take a little while. Part of that is because their attention is split between people and drive-in, but the line does seem to move slowly. They're pretty helpful, though. ATM is good and convenient.
