  Let me talk to you about this bank. If you are willing to schedule the time it takes to forge a better financial future for yourself and for your family, the employees of this bank can help you do so. Additionally, Bank of America is a fine lending establishment. With a slightly above average credit score I secured an auto loan at 3.14% in mid 2021. Probably could've gotten under 3 with a union but I like having all my accounts together. They do a great job explaining how to anything but you must ask the right questions. I asked a lot of questions both in person and over email about the basics. Things like building my credit, lending options, and personal cash flow. They helped me build a working knowledge and I am very happy with where I am headed. This bank deserves better than a 2.2

  Went to this location on Saturday morning at 8:55 AM on 1-9-2021 and I was first at the drive-thru waiting for the 9:00 AM opening. I waited until 9:20 AM and nobody was inside, lights off and customers waiting outside for this place to open. I gave up and had to drive to Lakewood which happened to be another really bad experience there that I won't get into. BOA is really terrible. I am required to give one star to post this but they don't even deserve that.

  Very professional staff. But another location with overcrowded long lines, and has three other locations just minutes away that are still closed due to pandemic. Again the only bank, in this area of NJ anyway, closing locations and understaffing their open locations due to the pandemic. I believe one of the biggest reasons people chose Bank of America was due to how convenient they once were. Hmm...

  Worst bank I’ve ever been to in my life! No matter when I go the employees are horrible! The only good employee they have is Sam.

  They treat the drive thru as if is isn't there. No full time person at window, you have to wait for a teller to be done with the inside customer before they come to the window. With the virus still around, there should be 2 people working the window.

  Very unprofessional. I called and got hung up on 5 times. Exactly 5 times. Refused to answer questions about my account. So now I have money in my account that I cant touch.

  Not the nicest Bank of America, I prefer other branches over this one even if this is the most convenient location.
