  I have been working with John for a while to refinance my home. John has always been so helpful, informative and attentive to all of my needs. I recently refinanced my home and was beyond satisfied with the entire process. John and his staff were always there to answer any questions that I had, they responded to emails and phone calls immediately. I highly recommend John Zura and his staff, they care, which is the most important reason to me!!

  Joe was extremely helpful. The market is crazy and I had put 7 offers in and every time how was right there and provided the approval letters. It was within hours! Honestly he went above and beyond what you would expect from a mortgage person. I would call after hours and he picked up. You can’t that about many people in general let alone your lender Great customer service great experience
