  Bank is really awesome and modern. But the highlight is Natalie at the counter. She is so welcoming and friendly. It makes me want to go inside during a pandemic if she is working. Your the best thank you!!

  Let me just say that if you're looking for a bank that'll make you feel like family everytime you walk in then look no further than this Chase location. They will welcome you with open arms and truly make you appreciated. The whole team goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help guide you on the right path of financial education and freedom. I highly recommend them for your personal and/or business needs.

  Very helpful and lots of information! Did you know you can not ask to deposit $ into an account unless it's yours or you bank there? I can't even cash a check there if it's made out to Cash and a Chase check unless I bank with them! That's a little much so we decided on a different banking route.

  Worst banker ever Worst service ever Catherine A Davis NMLS ID: 445218 Time is 4:05 Bank closes at 6pm And she says she can’t open me an account by 430 and she is leaving in 25 mins. (WORST) Great service I tell you... Iv opened multiple accounts before business and personal. At best we are talking 45 mins. She would leave 15 mins after her shift ends at a bank that’s not closing but open til 6pm SHE IS NOT WORKING FOR YOU DONT MAKE CATHERINE YOUR BANKER I will be reporting the lake of customer service and behavior to cooperate as well

  Avoid this branch at all costs and whatever you do don't choose Catherine as your banker! After my experience with Catherine, I withdrew every penny from my Chase checking and savings accounts and switched banks. You couldn't pay me to step foot back in there again. - From a former Chase Private Client

  Worse bank branch will never do business with them I hope they shut down for good. The manager are so rude.
