  I got one of the best BOFA representatives at this place, her name was Antonietta! She helped me with my case in 10 minutes while the phone reps took over 2 hours and couldn’t help me, she was professional and friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend this branch because of her. I really hope you reads this review and I will not forget to give her a good review when the email comes.

  This location recently installed their newer ATM machines. Not so funny story. I went to deposit cash to cover my upcoming debits and we're not successful because the ATM would not take folded bills. Sidebar, who doesn't have folded bills in their pockets? I'll wait.... rhetorical question. I had to drive to another BoA ATM to deposit the money. Very frustrating day. If the ATM isn't capable of performing this simple task, then it's not useful.

  Terrible customer service. I can never get through on the telephone to speak to a customer service representative at this location. Relationship Manager Title is a joke. What relationship can you build when you can't even reach representatives at "your" location? Thank God I have excellent customer service at NASA FCU. Big banks are only for Corporate Executives and NOT for the people.

  The inside was somewhat ample for the size staff present on that weekday during my visit. ATM faces the strip mall and there are two remote teller machines inside and a drive through teller. Staff were helpful and gracious during my visit.

  Great bank location... great and fast service... and I have been to many BofA locations and this is one the best Usually get in and out within 10 minutes Friendly and professional staff ready to help you with any financial transaction

  I got excellent help on an issue regarding my resident alien status. Stephane (I think was his name, pretty sure I got the spelling wrong) was so extremely helpful and quick in understanding my issue. He even filled out the correct form himself that I needed to submit to the BOFA headquarters.

  Walked into the lobby to hear a loud man screaming on the afternoon of February 7 at 2:30 p.m. Everyone who banks here probably screams on the inside. Long lines, native English is a challenge, no sense of customer service.
