  Very unprofessional loan company. Specially to fool people, new immigrants should not seek loans from their companies. Because they can't do anything and damage your credit score

  This company is a very disappointing company, they will tell you nothing is wrong, they have a good relationship with the bank, but in reality they can't do anything and abuse their customers' credit. You need to pay attention when you choose them as your loan company

  Just recently, I had a great collaboration with Sunny Lending to re-finance one of my properties. Due to circumstances in my life, I needed a lot of help from them to close the re-finance and I also needed a very good rate to make the re-fi working for me.   I had very great experience with Sunny Lending. I worked with a staff named Ann. She was super nice and got me the lowest rates possible at the time. They were super professional and well knowledge. The process was efficient and they will make sure you got what you needed. I had wonderful time working with this lending company. Highly recommended!

  Completely incompetent. Sounded like he was reading from a book when he spoke with us. Took over 6 months with several closing dates which of course never happened. We ended up going with a different lender. Quick and easy. Do bother wasting your time with this company.
