  During covid they have doing a good job keeping the line outside and making sure people are in the shade and hydrated with at least 2 security guards doing so. While indoors they can have as low as 1 cashier working at the time while the rest are on a break?! Really poor management

  Very helpful and courteous I went to this branch today to get Cashier s cheque they were maintaining social distance and still helping all the customers. I liked the experience and do not regret being their privileged client. Thank you folks appreciate all the hard work you put in.

  My boyfriend and I went here to open a small business account thinking we would be there next hour or two. Debbie was our banker and she knew exactly what she was talking about. She was friendly, fast, and gave us all the information we needed to know and then some. Really great people working here and know how to help!

  Chloe Sanchez did nothing to help me with the -888 thousand hold on my account that was put on my account without further notification. Now I have no money and no access to my funds. I am leaving Bank of America and banking with someone else. I have been a loyal banking customer for 8 years and they have done nothing but cause me hell and not help in the slightest way. Every representative I ever encountered has done nothing but make the situation worse.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Personal Banker who called me expected me to take time out of my day to go to the Branch and fill out paper work THEY forgot to give to me. It's very disheartening that they were not following proper procedure. Especially with a customer who is a current employee with Bank Of America. Who ever the person was should reconsider training and get the proper procedure down before even considering working on the job again.

  Once again BofA creates roadblocks to my getting access to my money. Nearly all BofA branches (except for two far away in the West Valley) close at 5pm. I arrived at 4:58pm, immediately got a teller, told her which transaction I needed and asked about getting a debit card replacement. I was told by the manager after the transaction that no one was available because they were with other customers and its after 5 p.m. I don't know one business who denies customers access to services when they get in the doors before close. Wait, I now know of one.

  I have recently started cashing my new jobs checks here since the checks are from them and even tho I don't bank with them for obvious reasons, I accept the the $8 fee to cash them since I get paid weekly and need the money the same day until my direct deposit kicks in. I am in disbelief today however because of the fact that even though they have no signs posted, apparently they have a NEW "protocol" for cashing checks where they FORCE you to wait in line AGAIN to see one of their bankers to " verify" your check, even after I told the guy it was THEIR OWN check and somehow they only seem to In force this new policy on Hispanics because the guy infront of me AND behind me (white) both didn't have an account with them either but somehow they managed to cash their checks without having to have theirs "VERIFIED" seeing how the only people told to wait to be verified were All HISPANIC ..... kinda strange don't you think! I will never bank with this company ever!!!

  Literally walked in to get a replacement card and waited 2 hours just to be seen but NEVER got seen didn't even acknowledge me to tell me how long the wait will be. So went to chase and got seen in 5 minutes!!!

  Two tellers on a Friday and a line that touches the door. This bank has the heaviest traffic and is always short staffed. Cross train your bankers and managers to help your tellers! I only use this location for business but this will be the last time. I'll go out of my way to avoid this location.
