After my loan was finished they reached back out to let me know I qualified for a credit card as well and gave me a great offer. Would recommend anyone looking for a local credit union in the area.

Gary Schaner5I just came from closing out my Sister-in-Law's account because she had passed away. The clerk and the manager were both super nice and helped me without issue. Had a short wait for the 3 people ahead of me but the waiting area was quiet and comfortable. I had not made an appointment. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

Carol Schroeter5The employees at this place are awesome. They are on top of things. When someone got my information somehow, and purchased something in Africa, they somehow knew it wasn't me, and contacted me immediately. I don't respond to unsolicited calls, so immediately I checked my account, then called them. (Correct procedure.) They cleared everything up that same Sunday morning. Yes, I did say Sunday morning. These guys are on top of stuff. I have been with them for many many years, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about security.

Jacob Kelly5I applied for a credit card with Melissa over the phone. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the benefits they could offer. The process was quick and painless and they approved me the same day! Thanks for your amazing service. It may be raining outside today, but she definitely brought that financial sunshine 🌞

Glenn Neiger1Worst credit union ever. Asked for a small loan. They denied it. Online account access has too many issues and makes hard to do anything fast. Closed account instead of giving cash you get a check. WTF. Total waste of time. The tellers are nice. Wish the cu was worth doikg business with. Tip. If you apply for a loan and have any balance in savings or checking take your money and business anywhere else. Also no branch is open on weekends. The biggest loss to first cu is not knowing customers and digging deeper. Look in years to come I will generate wealth and more wealthy people than anyone ever in history. Where will they NOT put their money... obviously not at First Credit Union. Every experience First CU is to benefit the cu not any benefit to the customers. If the cu keeps operating like this will always be small and eventually will fail.

Jaclyn Armijo3I have had wonderful experiences with this CU since I refinanced my car. I went by yesterday to make a payment on my car loan, I left work 30 minutes early to try and make it on time. Normally the Drive Thru is open and for some reason it was not when I arrived. I pulled around to the front and it was exactly 5PM when I walked up to the door and a gentlemen was locking the front entrance. He was kind enough to open the door and acknowledge me. I simply advised I was just trying to make a payment on my car, so he proceeded to let me in. As I walked up to the counter the Teller seemed extremely upset and I could feel she was not happy that the gentleman let me in. She immediately proceeds to ask me how much I’m paying. I give her the money and she hands me a receipt. I said thank you and smiled at her and she didn’t acknowledge me nor say your welcome. As you can see from the image I literally took only 2 minutes of her time to process a quick payment and I did not make fit about not making it on time. If the gentleman had refused to help me I would have just came back the following day. The interaction I had with Teller# 1474 was not friendly nor welcoming. Wanted to share this feedback, as I work in CS and I would never make a client feel bad for me having to stay behind to help them. I hope she is having a better day today. Other than this every time I’ve been by it’s been a friendly and helpful interactions.

I Aam Anastasia Chall5I have been a member of First Credit Union since I was 17, I have banked with other banks and they do not compare to FCU. Any and everything I have ever needed they have always been able to help and with great rates. Vehicle loans, credit card, personal loan, information I needed when I bought a house. I couldn’t ask for a better financial institution.

Paloma Santos1I’ve been with this company for a while now and I absolutely love them! Never had an issue and recommended them to everyone! But now they have changed their online banking and just ended up being like the rest of the banks... And it wouldn’t be a problem if you could get a hold to talk to someone but I can never get through to anyone and I’m not going to sit outside for 3 hours just to ask one small question... closing my accounts on Monday!

Carol Poole5Very approachable and helpful employees, and online access is good, too. I've been with First Credit Union since 1992 and so have used many financial and courtesy services. Some minor services that used to be free now are charged for, as is the way of the banking world these days, but this credit union has maintained a lot of the old conveniences such as dealing with human beings at the branch for free! ; )
