  I needed a mortgage and was given Scott’s name by a mutual contact. He called me within 2 hours of reaching out to him, and throughout the entire process, he was helpful, informative, and patient for which I was grateful as I had never done this before. Although I felt bad, he never seemed to mind the late nights and frequent phone calls while we sorted through the application. Scott is thorough and pays attention to details, and despite the short time frame we had to put together this mortgage, he got it done and financing was provided on schedule. Scott was very personable which made the whole experience a very positive one, and I would highly recommend Scott for anyone needed the financial services he provides.

  I decided to work with Scott when refiancing my home after shopping with multiple mortgage lenders. Scott was on top of everything and he did a wonderful job leading me through the stressful process. His communication surpassed my expectations as he was transparent and consistently available via phone and email days and nights. I was never out of the loop and knew exactly what was going on at all times. I even had a rehearsal with Scott about all final closing disclosure documents the night before signing.   Scott is the best! I am so happy I was introduced to Scott. Not only did he successfully complete a home refi & cash out at record low interest rate, we became friends throughout the process. Scott got to know me and I felt like he truly had my best interest instead of making a fee. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was doing by explaining things twice to me if I needed…. So I could explain to my Dad what exactly I was doing :) Scott was even available later in the evening when the mobile title person came to my parents house to sign, we had a few questions during the signing and he kept his phone nearby to answer a last second question with title. Scott has years of experience which allows him to really understand the process, making things easy for me. I will happily refer family and friends to him. Thx again Scott

  Wow!! What a great experience I had with Scott of AZ Financial. So professional! Mortgages and, re-financing are always scary stuff for me. Scott was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure my questions were answered.There was never a time that I couldn’t connect with him!! I could call In the evening, or on the weekend—he was so responsive in returning my calls. Most of all—I trusted him. As a client—I knew he was focused on my best interests, whether it was fitting me with the right mortgage plan, or coaching me on interest rates and closing costs. Scott made what could have been a stressful anxiety-filled experience so smooth and (almost) easy. Scott helped us to realize some of our financial goals, and I will forever be grateful.
