  Had a wonderful experience today at Bank of America. I think a lot of reviews are due to the fact that there is only one teller available (which was the case for me). But what most don't realize is that this is an industry wide trend: Capital One is closing down branches completely, and most banks are limiting their on duty staff to 1-2 people at a time. Staff at this location got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time with great service. Well done all!

  I guess Bank of America can’t afford more then a single teller. Waited an hour with only 3 people in front of me and by the time I left the line was out the door. Wasn’t pay day, wasn’t the end of the week just a good old Tuesday afternoon.

  The absolute level of incompetence I receive at Bank of America's is incomparable to anything in life. Absolutely amazing how bad of a business they are, especially this one. I'm glad I don't bank here and haven't for years.

  The bank is never staffed right. I went on a Friday around 11:30 thinking I would beat the rush of people coming in with paychecks and they had one teller at the counter and one at the window and the line went back to the door. The other teller there was counting money and did not even look up to acknowledge there were customer there. They do not have a walk up ATM and the drive through ATM was busy. I love the bank itself but they need to do better with staffing.

  CAN'T TRUST BANK OF AMERICA WITH MY MONEY!!!! I HAD ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT LAST YEAR, IT GOT CLOSED BECAUSE OF ALL OF THERE FEES! I GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE THIS YEAR. I WAS TOLD ALL FEES WERE WAVED AND NOTHING ELSE WOULD BE COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THAT WAS BACK IN JULY! NOW HERE IN OCTOBER THEY RANDOMLY PULL MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT WARNING!! Those fees that they said was waived they decided to charge me after all now in October! I got tossed around on the phone from one person to another passing the buck saying each person couldn't help me until the next person. Long story short they made it very clear that I can't trust them with my funds! And if you can't trust a bank to manage your money properly then there's no point in staying with a bank!!! IM DONE WITH BANK OF AMERICA THERE FOREVER LOOSING MY BUSINESS!!

  Why bother making appointments if you are not going to honor them? Waited almost an hour with banker as a no-show. Further, he was supposed to call me in advance to clarify purpose of the visit and what we needed to do in advance. Did he? Of course not. Complete waste of my time and my husband's time.

  Avoid at all costs working with BoA. Try a different bank. Poor service, excessive fees and they don't answer their phones at the Malvern branch. My biggest regret is having refinanced my mortgage with these people. the only reason they get one star from me is that the rating requires it for this to post.

  Worst bank I have EVER been to. Told me to bring cash to open an account so I bring cash and they tell me you can’t deposit cash. Then the manager tried to tel me you can get cash back on a credit card. Wasted my time and gas.

  Never had an issue at this branch; either depositing cash or checks or having meetings with the bankers. Always welcoming and helpful. Mike is great!
