  Highly recommend! Tim Estes at Professional Mortgage Corp. made the home-buying process a breeze for my wife and I, who just bought our first home. Not only was he able to find us a mortgage rate much lower than the 3 other quotes we received, but he was very responsive to our texts and emails. He also readily answered any questions we had and was able to explain the complications of a mortgage to us. All-around great experience.

  Tim has helped me with 3 mortgages, one home equity loan, and one refinance in the past 20 years. The first was probably the most difficult as I was newly separated and several companies turned me down instantly. Not Tim. He found a great loan for me, using a family member to co-sign. Since then, he has continued to find low cost loans for rental properties, and keeps check on me and my needs. Tim is trustworthy, through, resourceful, and quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I definitely recommend Tim. He is easy to work with and explains anything you need or want to know about your lending process and other items to keep in mind for future financial goals.   My husband and I refinanced with Robert Hudgins and it could not have been any easier! We submitted our initial paperwork and literally sat back and relaxed until closing! I had been dragging my feet for so long because I was afraid of the time and all of the paperwork I was facing and it was so easy!   I wish I can put zero stars, those people are so unprofessional, so rude and mean!! Their agent who answered the phone was so rude, as if he is doing me a favor by answering my call. First, if You are not in a good mood to talk to customers properly don’t come to your office Sir. Second, you weren’t helpful at all!
