  Blake is the most knowledgeable person in the realm of lending!! This is our second time utilizing Blake to buy a home! We knew after the first experience that if we ever bought a home in Virginia again that Blake would be the only person we trusted to help us because we knew he is second to none when it comes to being a mortgage lender! He also has the best contacts for home improvement loans, homeowners insurance, and basically anything else you might need buying a home! Being military moving a lot things get crazy, but Blake twice now has made sure our home buying process was stress free and an easy process. He is smart, respectful, and has the best work ethic around. Very rarely does he not know an answer to your question but if for some reason he doesn’t he makes sure within the hour he has the answer for you. He always is on top of rate percentages and will ensure you get the best rate possible. If you’re not using Blake as your lender, you aren’t serious about getting the best of the best for your home buying experience!

  From the moment Dave let me know that we could make something work, I felt like I was on a team and that team was doing the best they could for me to get what I needed. Dave Gave me all relevant information and sound advise at every important point. I couldn't even tell if Dave had any other deals on his desk. That is how helpful and attentive he was. When It came time for the loan processing Tami gave me the same attention and teamwork approach. I couldn't ask for more in a lending team.   There are not many reviews that I give where I can truly say I had a 5 star experience! Lori is an exception to the norm! She has a hands on approach that not only supports the buying process but she is capable of establishing rapport that will get you on track to purchasing.
