  I had a great experience with Matt and his mortgage team. I financed my personal home purchase with him and closed. I received a competitive rate, clear communication, punctual deliveries and concise cost expectations. As result I have recommended Matt to many of my clients with confidence (I am a Realtor).   My wife and I were going through the process of buying our first house in the Raleigh area, NC and we were introduced to Matt by our Realtor for a mortgage. The construction firm were giving us a hard time in approving the loan but Matt and his team work tirelessly to get us approval for the loan - not just any loan but the USDA loan we were looking for.   I could go on and on about how great my experience was working with Matt, but I'm going to keep this short! He was very thorough and responsive throughout the entire process from START-FINISH. Who talks to clients after hours? He does! Even after the loan I had some dumb questions and he was still there for me :)
