Shena M1My mother came into this bank shortly after my father passed away to open her own checking account. The representative, Karen Dingey, was very pushy. The rep asked my mother if my father had life insurance - WHY?! - at which point my mother mentioned her lawyer and the rep stopped pushing. She insisted that she set up a follow up appointment and demanded my father's death certificate even though my mother said she was not ready to take him off of the accounts. The banker acted as if she were my mother's financial advisor and used scare tactics along the way. Because the rep wouldn't take no for an answer we set up the appointment and then didn't go the next day. Also, when my mother questioned why she needed my father's death certificate the rep's response was, "Well they don't know banks, hahah." She actually laughed. All my mother wanted to do was set up her own bank account and this experience caused her a lot of stress and really upset her. Luckily, another family member was there to stop some of this from happening. We will be removing all money out of BOA in the future.

Michael M1First, the place labeling is incorrect. There is no drive through teller - only the automated teller machines. Second, the place is hopelessly understaffed for the amount of business they conduct.

Gary Young1I gave them one star because they don’t have an option for 1/2 a star. First they close down the drive throughs (I’m disabled). Then they shorten their hours and now they’re closed on Mondays. Mondays?!? I guarantee once we are done with this current account we will never open another. And I will let everyone i know that y’all cannot handle customer’s needs.
Response from the ownerHi, Gary. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. Dena Lowenberg1I'm changing banks asap. We have been preferred customers for 20 years and I can't stand coming into this bank. You would think they could handle your account problems so you don't have to use thier annoying toll-free number but no, they still can't fix any problems. They are always trying to up sell, or increase the amount of money you put into the bank or increase the number of accounts you have. I just want them to provide answers to why they do things to my account without my authorization.

John Bates1Worst rude customer service from the same teller whose name was Jessica While depositing she demanded to know where my personal money came from She is only a teller and not the IRS Also non stop interrogating me with personal questions about my life if I'm married and what type of business I own? I didn't know I have to report my personal life to tellers?

chris richardson1Horrible customer service wont cash a paycheck because they are to lazy to look up signature verification. No problem and any of bank in town but this one. Worked for the same company for 4 years and 4 years of same check going in my account but refuse to cash it and it's from a bank of America account.

Rakim Qadir1I had the worst customer service experience with the assistant manager that caused me to close my account and go to a more friendly bank. He was rude and the information he was telling me was very inaccurate. I live 2 minutes away but I go out of my way to avoid this bank like the plaque! I suggest you think twice before trusting this particular location with your finances.

Zachary Jackson5Needed to swing by a branch to straighten out a debit card situation. Fu-Ying Snyder aka Jo was ready to greet me as I walked in. She promptly set me down and got me all fixed up. She issued a temporary card and had a new one on order for me. I was in and out in 10 min. I have had an account with them for 10 years now and it is always a friendly visit.

Roberto Cuartero1Have called 7 times in 2 days. The phone has not been answered. Twice the phone was picked up and then the call was hung up immediately without even saying hello. The BOA online appointment system for business customers is not working and I have an urgent matter for 2 businesses that needs to be discussed. Customer service is paramount, BOA customer service is severely lacking.
