  I refinanced my home through Carrington Mortgage. I was half way through my 30 year mortgage. I not only reduced my interest rate but also paid off my second. My loan is for the 15 years I have left, and my monthly mortgage payment still went down. I worked with a loan officer out of Jacksonville, Fla. They were so awesome, and made the process so simple and understanding. I had searched a couple other companies and was not happy with the way things were going and after closing costs and other fees my payment was actually higher than what it had been for 15 years. Carrington hooked me up and I am very thankful that I made the decision to go with them. Nothing but happiness, thanks Carrington.

  I worked with the Jacksonville, FL team. I had a "wonderful" team. I will never forget them. They kept me updated every step of the way. I mean to the "end". Mr. Charles, Ms. Amanda, Mr. Cervone, and Mr. Taylor. They are "champions" in the mortgage industry. I'll never forget when my account was transferred to CMS a few years ago. I didn't want to leave my bank. Well, its the "best favor" the bank did for me. I will definitely continue doing business with Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC. HAPPY CUSTOMER!! 😊

  My first loan officer experience was a disaster! Then I spoke with Nick Freeman and he got all my paperwork straightened out and made the process simple and hassle free. He communicated with me on a regular basis and either phoned, or emailed me promptly. He was courteous and explained the processes every step of the way. He made me feel like my loan was important and that I wasn't just another 'number'. Thank you for all your help Nick!

  Working with Dan, on a refi, was unbelievable. He told us every step of the process. Guided us thru, kept us updated, very professional. The entire process was quick and easy. From first phone call, to inquire, until closing and even after he has been there to answer every question. It was a pleasure to work with him.

  Connor Eburn has been so Amazing making this process so easy and simple. He answered all of our questions and always responded quickly and was so friendly and polite and professional. He checked on us often and made the entire experience so easy. Connor was there 100% of the time! He even called us after we closed to make sure we were ok and ask if we had any questions. Connor was a complete joy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a SUPERSTAR!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!
