  Kristine Kennedy runs her business like a rock star!! With all we had going on with our mortgage application from being five states away, to owning another property to buying a home on the water to other special requirements about our particular home, we were not an easy job! But with Kristine at the wheel, everything seemed to go seamlessly on our end, yet I know we were a challenging process to make everything come together and close on time. Having a local lender in Jacksonville was critical since we knew nothing about the requirements and Florida real estate law, nor had any connections for other professionals we would need to connect with in the process. Kristine connected all the dots for us and was in constant contact with us along the way. It is our 7th (and FINAL!) home purchase and I think it was the smoothest ever!   Kristine is amazing. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. We were in the stressful situation of selling a house and buying another one at the same time. After we found our new home, we only had 15 days until our closing date. Kristine was able to get everything done on time. She made the entire loan process easy and stress-free.   Kristine and Jeff are awesome. Anytime I had a question they were there for me. My wife and I were first time buyers never been through this before and Kristine and Jeff took care of us where we had no problems at all. We even signed the papers less than 30 days. When we got to the lawyer's office at the closing agent Kristine already had us pre-funded so we didn't have to go back and forth with the bank.
