  This was my first time purchasing a home with my wife and going through the process and Southeast Mortgage made it as smooth as possible.   My refinance with Eric Driver of Southeast Mortgage was by far the most smooth & excellent service I've received in a while!!!! Eric has the patience of Job lol, he explained everything to me in terminology that a child could understand. The service was client orientated meaning that I never felt like he was working for money or himself. I always believed that I was his main priority. I would recommend this service to anyone.

  Southeast mortgage is one of the best companies that I have work with. Randall as one of the supporting brokers who walk me from cradle-to-grave on my experience a purchasing was outstanding. One of the most important things that I did experience through this whole transition was that before we even began he really got to know the client being my wife and myself. He wanted to understand our needs I'll financial responsibility out obligations before even moving forward. At first I took this kind of personal however it was in the sense that it made the transaction as smooth as possible. I am hoping there are more people that use the same methodology to assist people in the future.
