      Worst experience of my life. Called and was told they do cashiers checks. Show up on my short lunch break (the only opportunity I had before closing on my house) to find out they don’t do them at this branch. Of course, beyond stressed at this point, I got upset and asked to speak to the “f-in manager” (Totally outside my character to talk like that and I would like to apologize for that [but they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to do so]). They told me to leave as I was expressing my concerns and had already moved on to the next customer. Will be taking my FOUR ACCOUNTS and going to a new bank. My partner will also be transferring their THREE ACCOUNTS to a new bank.

      Came in at 3:25 to see a notary after trying to make an appointment online and finding you can no longer make online appointments at this location and calling with no answer only to be told they couldn’t see me until tomorrow. I live 45 min away and their website states you don’t even HAVE to have an appointment. Also the teller (didn’t get name but she was the young African American lady) had quite a bit of snark when talking to me. I was completely polite, so I don’t know what her deal was? Seriously lacking customer service and I can see why they have less than 2 stars. Would not recommend, make the short drive across town to the one on Campbell. Never had a bad experience there.

      Respectable and Courteous I read the other reviews for this bank, and I was immediately given a bad impression. But I only had a good experience here! There were 3 tellers and a receptionist, all were kind and helpful to their customers. I know that people tend to only review when they have a less than agreeable experience, so I thought I would balance the beam a little for this bank. :)

      They've shortened their hours which I get, but you'd think they'd be more attentive. Impossible to get through on the phone and no option to make an appointment online.

      I have been with BoA for a year now and this branch on sunshine is closest to me but is the worst by far. I actually can't believe they are ok with running a business like this. The never have tellers on and always let lines back up to the door, which is where I am standing this very minutes writing this review. They have bankers in their offices and a lady walking around all of which seem to be actively choosing to talk to each other instead of help the customers. This is the worst customer service and running of a business I have ever seen.

      Holding my paycheck hostage for over a week because you "can't verify the funds" is ridiculous punishment to me for "being a new customer." Most of the world has phones and computers these days....even telegraph wouldn't take a freaking week. It's not a hand written check, it's from a multistate company which employs tens of thousands of people, and it's drawn on a national bank. Notification says it will be released on 1/3 at 9:00 AM. It will be withdrawn on 1/3 at 9:01 AM and moved to a new financial institution.

      Trying to call and nobody is answeing the phone. You can't even wait for the next available person it just rings then says thanks for calling. I am very disappointed right now. UPDATE: Their response was less than helpful.

      Very bad. I’ve been a BofA customer since 1979. They were very responsible for a long time, now I have to drive over an hour to the closest bank. Can you give me a good reason not to pull out?, good, thought so.
