      Quick version: 2 weeks to close, loan officer and coordinator became unresponsive. Not answering calls/emails for multiple business days and when done not able to answer questions. Underwriting process was very vague and continuously requested very minute and frankly irrelevant details. We're supposed to close on a friday and loan company moved back close date without notice to myself, sellers, or title company. I had to keep giving them calls that Thursday to get any sort of answer on the no close. They did not keep an efficient schedule nor communicate with any party on this. Would have gone with a different mortgage company had i realized the base incompetence of the organization. Would recommend going with different service as the cracks dont show until late into process.

      My experience with Paddio and Gina, my finance officer, was exceptional. Gina and her coordinator Ikram were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Most of all they were very pleasant to work with. I felt as if I was working with friends who always had my best interest in mind. They were available when any questions or issues came up, under a fairly short time constraint. AND, I got the lowest interest rate I was able to find from any mortgage company. I cannot recommend Paddio, and Gina, more highly. I have already talked with several friends and business associates about my enthusiastic recommendation for Paddio.

      It was a very unique situation for Paddio because my contract was set to close in 21 days instead of the standard 30 days closure cycles. I reached out to Paddio via CreditKarma, and explained my situation to them. The first thing they did was to really perform an internal assessment of whether they will be able to meet the timelines. Once they thought they would be able to, they reached out and provided me with a timeline of different activities and how that aligns with the contract - which was quite good to see and know that they were serious. Not only were they able to provide me with a good interest rate and beat the competition, they were extremely transparent and over-communicating throughout the process - which I personally do value a lot. I really had a good time working with them. The entire process was online - which was also an added bonus. In the end, they were also able to provide with some additional lender credits which was icing on the cake. Special shout-out to Christopher Compton with whom I had all interactions. Thanks to Andy Heffner and Aaron Smith who were doing all the heavy lifting in the background.

      Zach and Melanie were the absolute best to deal with. They made the whole process that much easier. The best part is that both were super easy to get in touch with and never not had the answer. Also, the best rates around.They're not kidding when they say no "other costs. I've already recommended them to a relative!!

      I just wanted to say these people at Veterans United (Paddio) are awesome! Starting with Gina the Loan officer. Super nice people, friendly, helpful. Very professional and the same goes for everyone who contacts me from that office. I’m currently under contract for the construction of a new home, all this is all new to me and frankly overwhelming. I tried every other mortgage lender out there and they all turn me down for one reason or another. Gina was the first to say I’m here to help you and she has. I’m so very grateful to her and the rest of the team working with me to get the home of my dreams. I’m a single mom working two jobs to get this for my child’s future. Even loading my paperwork to their system is very easy and I can see if it was received or not almost immediately this feature is very much appreciated for a person that doesn’t have so much time on their hands to be double guessing if it got there or not. All I can say is I’m very great full. Thank you for everything!!
