  My favorite location. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Lately one of the tellers, Kurt is a gem. Bring your pup to the drive through and they’ll get quality treats!

  Worst TD bank location in the area! I've gone and the ATM was not working and on the most recent stop to the bank i waited at the drive thru wasn't able to get assistance and was asked to come into a lobby. It was just gift card, and with covid and a newborn this is very inconvenient. I havent had issues with the other locations in the area, and after 3 bad experiences I will not be going back to this location.

  There service was good but seems like they have new unprofessional staff, i went to make Credit card and was told machine is not working and come tomorrow and call before you’re coming, i called them next morning and after 1 hour of wait they told that machine is not working. I was like what :@ they said it was working in morning and than stops working … I don’t what happened to TD services.

  I’ve been banking with TD Waterview branch for over 5 years now. The customer experience and support are phenomenal and I like the personal touch I get from staff when they greet you by name and know exactly how to minimize your wait or transaction time. I’ve referred few family and business partners to this branch and they’re all had positive experience. Special thanks to Ismail, the branch manager for his excellent customer service and managment of branch skills.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We were there for 2 hours and no one replied to our questions. That we decided to close the account. Terrible service. A person who was working took 2 hours on one person. I would say to never come here on Saturday mainly or ever.

  We came here to open an online teen bank account. Waited about 15 minutes before being greeted. Then waited another 15 minutes before being told we couldn’t open an account without my 13 year olds ID. She’s 13 and doesn’t carry ID with her and Ismael couldn’t be bothered to explain why I couldn’t open an account with just my ID, especially since my husband and I have established accounts with TD bank. After being turned away, I came home, jumped onto CHASE.com where I have a business account, and opened an account for her in 3 minutes, no ID. I can monitor her activity through my account, make transfers, and she’s being sent a debit card in 3-5 days.

  Incompetence at the highest level. Opened an estate account and waited my 5-10 business days for the checks to arrive. Day 12 came and i called the customer service line. They gave me the number to the check printing company who then informed me that the checks were never ordered. Someone needs to be fired as i have been paying my deceased mother's bills out of pocket along with my own. I don't forsee our banking relationship continuing for much longer.

  Clean branch with excellent customer service. A gentleman by the name of Ismail really stood out to me, I believe he's the manager. Will start going to this branch going forward even though it's a little farther.

  I have always went to a branch in Nutley to do business and was passing by Parsippany and decided to stop by, and I do not regret visiting Parsippany branch the staff was very helpful professional and their work is efficient, they don't just treat you like a customer but more like you are part of their family, the whole team was helpful, special thanks to Ana and Ismael for their support and kind greetings... I will start visiting his branch even though its far from where I live. Many Thanks to the team

  1. It took me a long time to open new accounts. While waiting, I saw some bank staffs in an internal room - I am not sure why they couldn't help customers. 2. The ATM was down today - I couldn't test my new bank card. 3. I tried to create a new online banking account at home, it couldn't go thru - As a senior IT engineer, I knew what I was doing. 4. When I called the customer service, I was astonished because I was told that their system couldn't send a verification code to my cell - My Verizon iPhone has no problem with all other verification including other bank accounts, Google, DUO, OKTA, etc.
