  Extremely disappointed to have this bank as my mortgage company. They have no customer service skills, one person tells you one thing then you speak to someone else and another information totally different is giving to you! I can’t wait until I change this company as my mortgage company to a better one!!!

  My experience with Sun West Mortgage was very positive, the person assigned to my mortgage loan request ( Dulce Cabezas ) was extremely helpful and hands on which made the whole process very easy.   5 stars all around. Considering we were first time buyers they made the experience easy and painless for us. Our mortage officer, Concepción is the best! She explained everything into details regarding documents and kept us in the loop. Loved that SunWest provided us with a portal to check the status of our loan and also to be able to upload documents directly in order for the process to run smooth. Hands down would definetly recommend Sun West Mortage.

  I bought my home for sun west mortage in october and am very disappointed on how they carried out my inspection on my home I get the worst purchase ever they wasn't looking out for my best interest am very unsatisfied as a first time home buyer
