  I had a temporary drivers license Manager refused to service me I had my old drivers license too,she said I have different address on it Poor service ,don’t suggest to come here

  I have been banking with BOA for over 8 years never had an issue. But within the last year I’ve noticed this location is having issues with the ATM always being broken or not working at all. The inside has been closed since before COVID-19 so can’t go inside for any assistance. The ATM hasn’t been accepting cash for 4 days straight, I don’t get direct deposit at my job so I have to cash my check and because I don’t have direct deposit they charge $7.00 but can’t even cash my check then deposit it. Very huge inconvenience and after speaking with numerous people from there 888 number I decided I will be closing my account and going to another bank that can satisfy my needs and convenience.

  Hello Everyone, I am new to United States i don't have a bank account. So i straight went to BOFA Financial center. And Miss Melissa Siler helped me to open a bank account, She's very helpful and clarified all my doubts.She is friendly too.   No one answers the phone. Customer calls are very important. Called 7x and no one picks up.
