      Mr. Jamie Hogue and Ms. Kim from Abri Credit Union helped us through the process of getting our first mortgage very smoothly without any delays and always answering our questions clearly, several times especially Mr. Houge. He was always giving prompt responses, updating our status in the process of getting the loan and keeping the process simple, easy and peaceful for us. That was really a great job done. And the branch manager (woodridge) helped us withdraw funds in no time. We surely felt comfortable and safe to work with Abri Credit Union and their staff. Thank You.

      My experience with Abri was fantastic. Jaime, Shanan, and Kim were extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. The home loan process is lengthy and can be overwhelming, but they walked me through it with no problem, and even got me a great rate...can't ask for more than that.

      I purchased a home at the beginning of the year. I was two weeks away from closing when the deal fell apart on the sellers end, and I was left scrambling to find a place FAST, lest I be without a place to live. Kim and Jamie were absolutely stellar throughout the process. They were on top of things from the get-go, and stayed on top of things until I was in my new home. I think we closed on my home in about three weeks. Even my real estate agent said they were the best mortgage folks he has ever dealt with. I really cant say enough nice things about Jamie and Kim. I truly appreciate the work you guys put in, and how diligent you were. You saved me weeks of couch surfing!

      Jamie and Shanan were fantastic to work with! Closed on my refinance in less than 30 days! Everyone at this credit union is always friendly and helpful, ever since I became a member many years ago.

      I refinanced my mortgage with Chase & 2nd mortgage with ABRI Credit Union into a new mortgage with ABRI Credit Union. I closed on November 16, 2016. I started the process on or about October 20, 2016. AVP of Real Estate, Jamie Hogue, was outstanding in explaining the process and how everything works. He's a "no pressure" person to work with (he's not trying to push you into anything). Once the process got to a certain point, I started working with the Mortgage Specialist, Kim Crossman. She was fabulous. She kept everything moving along and always kept me informed. It was fantastic dealing with just 2 people instead of a whole bunch, like the big banks, where they treat you like a number, not a person. I will recommend ABRI Credit Union (especially the Romeoville branch) to everyone I speak with about mortgages and the like.

      This was my 6th home purchase and easily one of the best experiences I've had. Jamie and Kim made the process very smooth and the closing process took under 45 minutes! All this and Abri had the lowest rate among a half dozen lender I shopped with. Keep up the great work!

      This is the 3rd loan I have received from Abri Credit Union. These folks get the job done quickly and with great rates. They are eager to help. They misquoted me a lower rate, but gave it to me because they quoted it to me. I can't say enough great things about these folks. Thanks for a great experience.

      So many rules for every transaction sometimes it seems they just enjoy irritating their members. Not sure why banking has to be so difficult. Never have an issue at the ANL branch, nearly everytime I come to Romeoville they slap me on the hand and say "nope can't do that". What a nightmare. Positive note, Sheryl Rentz is an absolute pleasure to work with and she deserves praise for her wonderful customer service. 4 🌟for convenience and location, 3 🌟 for service, 5 🌟 for Sheryl!
