      Nicole the personal banker is the best in the Universe! She was knowledgeable in various areas of banking, so I was able to open my business account because of her knowledge base. Also, she was extremely friendly and professional. Mark the Manager and Jered the personal banker were phenomenal with their customer service and they spoiled me with snacks and beverages. I recommend everyone to come to this location for their banking needs.

      Would not allow my husband to make a cash DEPPOSIT into my account because I wasn’t there with him. Yes, a deposit, not a withdrawal, a deposit! Typical policy for them.

      Every time I go in there is only 1 teller! In there today at 2 pm on a Wednesday , when I complained was told that I should come in at a less busy time or use their great technology to do my transaction. I stated that they were busy BECAUSE they ONLY had 1 teller. I have used Bank of America for 30 years but will be making a change!

      Slow service. Drive thru teller is closed the majority of the time. Making a deposit and they always ask you where your account was opened. Should that even matter? I’m giving you my account info on the deposit ticket and at any other bank there is never any issue with this. National bank that acts like a small mom and pop bank for operations. Choose another bank. Can’t wait for Chase to open up.

      Bankers here are incompetent. I advise to stay away, only at bank of America at one location a racist manager refused to cash my check and I drive to the branch 5 mins away and had no problems. Now while closing my account I've literally been waiting in a line for 25 mins while there's 6 employees walking around but all refusing to assist the teller. Stay away if you value your time/money.

      After forming a LLC for my company I went to this bank to set up a business account. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Michael Shade a man at our first meeting I shared with him that he struck me as a used car salesman an impression that he very much has lived up to. At the very beginning of our business Mr.Shade claims some other person had an account in South Carolina and was using my Social Security number. This ghost person caused a delay in setting up the account for almost a month and then mysteriously vanished although I have inquired multiple times being fraud and use of my SSN is a major problem and illegal but seemingly perfectly fine with Mr.Shade. Beyond the initial issues with the SSN I explained to Mr.Shade that merchant services and payroll were my number one priority. Now as I write this review more than 3 months later I have neither and am paying service fees on 4 seperate accounts costing me almost $100 a month. Something that I was promised that I would not have to pay. My LLC has 4 member but the account only had me although I repeatedly asked for all 4 members to be included. The name of the business was wrong. The address was wrong. No promised services provided only lies and mistakes. As it stands these 4 seperate accounts that I was promised that I would be "Taken care of" are a disaster and a MAJOR mistake. My advice for anyone looking to set up a new business account would be use a different branch if not a totally different bank. This branch is very disorganized and dishonest and has cost me a great deal of money while never living up to the promises that were made. *2 years later* This account continued to be an absolute disaster. None of the promised services were ever provided. Two week holds on deposits for materials, no ability to process credit cards or pay roll played a roll in my company of 13 years prior to walking into this branch to collapse and close shop. Very sad so much hard work destroyed 😞

      This Bank of America branch is situated in a great location across the street from lots of shopping and adjacent to a Shopping Center parking lot as well. If you are arriving at the branch on Brawley School Road from the 77 area be aware the drive into the parking lot can be a little tricky to detect. This is a busy branch. However everyone is very professional and accommodating. Also this is one of the Bank of America branches that has recently been upgraded so it's like walking into a nice living room.

      If you are looking for a bank avoid Bank of America. They have a service charge for everything. Stopped in to close an account waited 30 min never was approached by Rep. There was 2 tellers and 1 of them was drive thru teller and 1 office rep. I asked a teller if there was anyone else that could close an account ? She asked, do you have an appointment ? I replied, no but was there a reason why something as simple as closing an account ? She said everyone was at lunch. I asked her was this something that was only done on Mondays? My question is why can they not prepare for walk ins ? We left and went to another branch and waited 15 -20 min and we were helped. So why should it have taken 2.5 hrs total to take care of this tranaction that took 15 min to take care of. Like i said avoid Bank of America
