  Our loan was processed quickly and we knew early on that we were qualified. Most loan companies don't give you the qualification until much later in the process and ask for documentation up until the last day. RawlsMoss Mortgage gave us a list of what was needed, we provided it and were confident that when closing day came, everything was ready. I will definitely refer them to everyone who needs a mortgage!

  We had the privilege of working with Mark Rawls when purchasing our condo on Lake Norman! Mark was Professional, efficient, and helped us personally to correctly speed up the process which was necessary at the time! Because of time restraints, there was an urgency for pre approval in securing a mortgage Mark Wind above and beyond to make this happen!
