  I was recommended Mark by a friend and I am so thankful for that. He is making the process so easy and fast for me and my fiancé Amanda. He responds very quickly when asked a question. Other lenders seemed very negative about our situation and didn't want to help or was very unresponsive. Mark was positive from the start and got us approved for two separate mortgages within two days. I highly recommend him, especially after dealing with other companies.

  AMAZING! That's one word to describe my experience with Mr. DeVita. Fastest close on a house, I've EVER seen! I kept saying "If he can get me closed in 16 days, it will be amazing!" Well, there you go! Of course, I would say too, it takes TEAMWORK, like a choreographed dance. Jennifer was great too, and our realtor Lauren Knerl - whom had previously closed on about 40 houses with Mark, and recommended him. Well, I am DEFINITELY recommending him too, AND her! Just do your part, and keep up on their request. Thank you ALL so much!!

  I worked with Mark to secure a loan for a vacation home I was purchasing in NC. Mark was excellent to work with and a professional in every sense of the word.
